GXL power distribution cabinet
XL power distribution cabinet is applicable to the power supply system with AC 50 (60) Hz and voltage up to 690V for power or lighting distribution. It is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises and various civil buildings, with overload, short circuit and leakage protection. This product conforms to gb7251.1 low voltage switchgear and control equipment.

■ purpose

■ structural features
The box is made of high-quality steel plate by bending and welding, with electrostatic spraying surface treatment and floor mounted. The box door is generally a single door, which can also be divided into upper and lower doors. In order to improve the protection level after the box door is opened, a second door can be added to make the operating part of the components expose the second door, which will greatly improve the personal safety of the operators.
The top of the outdoor protective power distribution box is equipped with a rainproof shed. The door and box are U-shaped double folded edges and embedded with adhesive strips. The protection grade reaches IP54.
■ operating environment
★ the ambient temperature is not higher than +40 ℃ and not lower than -5 ℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours is not higher than +35 ℃
★ when the relative temperature of the surrounding air is +40 ℃, it is not higher than 50%. At a lower temperature, there can be a large relative humidity, but the possible condensation due to temperature changes should be considered (for example, 90% at +20 ℃).
★ the equipment should be installed in places without violent vibration and impact, and places where electrical components are not corroded.
★ the inclination between the equipment installation and the ground shall not exceed 5 degrees
★ if users have special requirements, they can negotiate with the manufacturer.
